We are eagerly anticipating welcoming guests again on St. John as the Governor has announced that tourism will reopen on June 1. Airlines are resuming flights to the island starting in May, and many of our rental properties will be available for stays starting on June 1.
Even while tourism is paused this month, our Tropical Properties team continues to show and sell properties on the island. Our agents are able to conduct business virtually and all are reachable by cell phone to provide exceptional service for our clients. Virtual tours are available for potential buyers, and many are seeking to take advantage of today’s low interest rates. Keep updated on the situation as it develops by following our Facebook page.

“KATS” (Kids And The Sea) is a non-profit marine organization that promotes kids safely haven fun on the water through an educational program. By doing so it brings together the Virgin Island’s greatest human resource – its youth- and its greatest natural resource – the sea. The program seeks to increase the enjoyment, understanding, and safety of youngsters in their relationship with the sea through hands-on experience in boat handling and basic seamanship skills. It is vital for reasons of safety, recreation, and careers in the marine industry or tourism fields that an island community’s children be trained on the water
